STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Pristine Decorativos California
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Pristine Decorativos California, the client expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions. Any differing terms proposed by the client shall be considered void unless expressly agreed to in writing in advance.
2. Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid within 14 business days from the invoice date, unless otherwise stated on the invoice or purchase order. In case of late payment, Pristine Decorativos California reserves the right to:
- Apply a fixed late payment interest charge of 20% on the outstanding balance.
- Suspend delivery of products or services without prior notice.
3. Extended Non-Payment
If payment remains outstanding for more than 60 days after the due date, Pristine Decorativos California reserves the right to engage a debt recovery service. All legal and collection costs will be charged to the client.
4. Withholding Taxes Abroad
If the client is located in a country that imposes withholding taxes at the source, the client shall be solely responsible for paying such taxes to the relevant tax authorities. Pristine Decorativos California shall not bear any costs related to foreign tax legislation. The full invoice amount remains due to Pristine.
5. Service Commitment
Pristine Decorativos California is committed to delivering high-quality products and services within agreed timeframes. However, our obligations are considered best-effort and not result-based. Under no circumstances shall Pristine be held liable for indirect damages or third-party claims brought against the client.
6. Claims and Complaints
Any claim related to delivered products or services must be submitted in writing to our registered office within 8 calendar days of delivery or service completion. After this period, all deliveries will be deemed accepted as-is.
7. Governing Law
All contractual relationships shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of California, United States.
